Week of 6/14/2010

This weeks image was shot at Upper Cathedral Lake. If you've been back to the lakes during spring it can be amazing. As we arrived at Lower Cathedral Lake we had been watching the Lenticular Clouds building and decided that upper lake was the place to be. We just short of sprinted to get to the lake. If you've been out with me when Mother Nature is exposing her wonder, I turn into a 10 year old boy. It has taken me years to try to manage the excitement and concentrate on what I need to do with the camera. On this day I was successful with pulling it off .
